Warranty Timeline

We provide a limited-time warranty for purchases from 70mai Official, see below for details. The warranty period starts when the original purchaser receives the products.

For purchases made from local sellers, please contact them for further information as they may offer their own warranties. The warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations.

Valid Proof of Purchase

• Order number of purchase made through 70mai Official;

• Sales invoice or order confirmation email that shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.

Limitations

This warranty does not apply to

• The products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; Purchases without valid proof of purchase; Items that have expired their warranty period.

• The product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

• Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

• Lost or stolen products.

Note, some countries, states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation terms described above may not apply to you, and you may have other rights according to the state, province, or country you’re in.

How to claim your warranty?

STEP 1

Claim your warranty on 70mai via : https://70mai.com/care(Find Your Product’s Serial Number)

STEP 2

Contact 70mai Customer Service Team at help-powerstation@70mai.com Attach a short video to show the issues.

STEP 3

While the Customer Service Representative processes the claim, they will help you return your faulty device to the local warehouse step by step.

STEP 4

70mai will proceed with replacement 15 business days* after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 calendar days, whichever is longer.

*Please note that delivery is subject to changes caused by force majeure.
