This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Processing such information as necessary to perform system maintenance or diagnostics; or to develop, maintain, repair, or enhance our Services, Conducting internal research or analytics to improve our Services, and performing inventory management or reasonable network management.

  • Debugging or repairing errors that impair the functionality of our Services.
  • Authenticating users of our Services.
  • Fulfilling our Services warranty.

Cloud upload functionality is available only for certain products and services. You may choose whether to purchase or use products or services that include cloud upload functionality. Where cloud upload functionality forms an integral feature of a particular product or service, it operates as part of the core functionality of that product or service. If you do not wish to use cloud upload functionality, you may choose to purchase a version of the product that does not include cloud upload functionality.

We only retain your Personal Information for the minimum period permitted under relevant laws and as required for fulfilling the business purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, unless an extension is required or permitted by applicable law. We will delete your personal information as required by relevant laws or when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which the Personal Information was collected, processed, or transferred, unless an individual has provided affirmative express consent to such retention. Unless we are compelled to retain them in order to comply with relevant laws or legal process, you may delete your recordings at any time by accessing your account.

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect, process, or transfer the personal information or sensitive personal information of individuals under the age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction. If we learn that such personal information or sensitive personal information has been incidentally collected, we will take steps to delete it upon discovery or request.

This enables you to request us to delete your Personal Information, however, in some cases we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

70mai uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze visits to our websites and interactions with our communications to help us improve our Services and marketing campaigns. Opt-out of sale or sharing (California). You have the right, at any time, to direct us not to sell your personal information and not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right by sending an email to dataprotection@70mai.com. Where required by law, we will also provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or in-app setting, and we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

If you are a resident of Delaware, we will obtain additional specific consent before collecting, processing, or transferring any personal information or sensitive personal information collected via our systems for the purposes of targeted advertising or other forms of processing when we have actual knowledge that the customer is under any age threshold established under Delaware law.

If you are a resident of Minnesota, you have additional rights related to algorithmic profiling. We do not engage in algorithmic profiling. However, Minnesota residents are permitted to request information related to such activities, and we will respond accordingly to inquiries through the contact mechanisms described herein.
